Google Nexus 7 Release Date, News & Specs: Google Brings Andromeda To Huawei Nexus On December

Google Nexus 7 may be finally in the works as new reports of Google's plans for December to Q3 2017 have now surfaced. The great news about the tech behemoth's plans is to not just launch a Nexus tablet but to also provide its consumers a new Pixel laptop. 

Fans have almost given up if Google would really be providing a new Huawei Nexus tablet but fear no more since it is definitely coming and it is probably sooner than most think. Together with the upcoming Huawei Nexus is the rumored Android-Chrome OS merger.

9To5Google reported that Google is already planning the launch of Andromeda and will be placed on the upcoming Google Nexus 7 and on the new Pixel laptop. While rumors have circulated that Google has already given up on its merger with Huawei but this is clearly not the case since Huawei will have the Nexus branding. 

Notorious leaker Evan Blass even revealed that the upcoming Google Nexus 7 will come before the year ends and that it is going to be a 7-inch tablet with 4GB RAM. However, Google has been very silent about revealing news regarding the upcoming tablet. 

However, Forbes pointed out an important factor with the upcoming hybrid OS Andromeda which could bring more unity to its OS of Google designed tablets, phones and laptops. Google is really testing Andromeda OS and may come before the year ends for the Nexus 7 tablet which will be followed by a Q3 2017 release for the Pixel laptop.

While rumors have circulated the possibility of the release of Google Nexus 7 has been pointed to happen before the year ends there are still no confirmation on Google or even on Huawei if they would indeed release the tablet or if Nexus 7 has been created. Since most of the leaks have also little information regarding Google Nexus 7, it is also necessary to take this with a grain of salt. However, if indeed Google plans to reveal what most of its consumers are waiting for then it would really be a glorious day.
